Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,580 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Farmington, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their mobility and strength.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Maine.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Experience in SNF settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Basic computer skills for electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the company. Any benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to the weekly pay.
