Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,549 per week

About the role

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 16, 2026, in Clarksburg, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Perform physical assessments and gather necessary patient data to inform treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions such as exercises, stretches, and modalities.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
