Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,520 per week
About the role
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 4, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARCS.
- Skilled nursing facility experience required.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
