About the Role
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant to work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Work in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Follow the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist patients.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday with one weekend rotation per month.
- Float to other facilities as required.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility.
Assignment Details
This is a 13-week travel assignment starting on 08/24/2026, with a duration of 40 hours per week and an 8-hour shift.
