Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,484 per week
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
About the role
You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. This is a 13-week travel assignment with 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and overall function
- Work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress using systems such as Net Health and Clinicent
- Maintain productivity levels around 82%-85%
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active state license (required to start the assignment)
- BLS Certification (may be required from AHA or ARC)
