Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,484 per week
About the role
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting September 14, 2026 in Lakewood, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Perform physical assessments, document progress, and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC.
- Productivity of 85% or higher required.
Qualifications
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings is required.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
