Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,470 per week

About the role

A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is needed to provide rehabilitation services to patients and assist in developing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The role involves promoting patient wellness through therapeutic exercises, applications of modalities, and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans as directed by a physical therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises to improve patients' physical function.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise programs and rehabilitation processes.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Relevant experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in rehabilitation or therapy departments.

Pay

Tax-free stipend amount to be determined based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
