Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,462 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week assignment. This role involves working under the supervision of licensed physical therapists and providing direct patient care to assist in the rehabilitation of patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing patient care plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions to improve patient mobility and strength.
• Document patient progress and report to supervising therapists.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for therapeutic activities.

Requirements

• Valid PTA licensure as per state regulations.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
