About the role
TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Waterville, Maine.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Assist in patient care activities such as positioning, turning, and transferring patients.
- Help in preparing treatment areas and equipment.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- BLS certification.
- One year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
