Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,425 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant in Lacey, Washington.

About the Role

You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.

Assignment Details

• 13-week travel assignment starting 08/31/2026.
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
• No floating required.
