Job Summary

Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Inpatient rehabilitation located in Springfield, Oregon. This role involves working in an inpatient rehab unit with adult and older adult patients. The position requires providing skilled physical therapy services to enhance patient recovery and functional independence.

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Duration: 13 weeks. Start Date: 08/17/2026.

Required Qualifications

• PTA license in Oregon
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• No additional certifications required

Preferred Qualifications

• Neuro experience and/or certifications are highly preferred

Unit Information

• Department: Inpatient Rehabilitation
• Bed Count: 27 beds
• Patient Ratios: Nursing 1:5
• Equipment and Facilities: Overhead lifts in patient rooms, portable Hoyer lift, Sera Stedy, Biodex balance system, Wii gaming system, pressure mapping, trial ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs), trial wheelchairs
• Patient Population: Adults and older adults with diagnoses including cerebrovascular accident (CVA), spinal cord injury (SCI), traumatic brain injury (TBI), neurodegenerative diseases, polytrauma, amputation, cardiac conditions, general medical conditions, and orthopedic cases
• ARU within an acute care hospital setting
