About the role
Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with Jackson Therapy Partners! You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. This assignment includes both inpatient and outpatient care, with a patient volume of 8-14 patients per day. New graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in recovery under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Document patient progress using the Web PT system.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active state license (required to start the assignment).
- BLS Certification (may be required from AHA or ARC).
- Experience in inpatient/outpatient (IP/OP) settings.
- No COVID vaccine required.
