About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed therapists
- Assist patients with exercises and activities of daily living
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Alabama
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of long-term care protocols and procedures

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
