Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,362 per week
About the role
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Stoughton, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- No floating required.
- Skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include an Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Stoughton, Massachusetts offers convenient access to both Boston and Providence, with downtown Boston about 20 miles north and Providence about 35 miles southwest. Borderland State Park is roughly 6 miles away and features more than 20 miles of trails, ponds, and the Ames Mansion for outdoor recreation and local history. Blue Hills Reservation is about 12 miles north and provides hiking, skyline views, and access to the Trailside Museum, making the area a fit for travelers who want both suburban pace and nearby adventure. Commuter rail service from Stoughton connects to Boston’s South Station, and nearby attractions such as Gillette Stadium in Foxborough are within about 15 miles for events and entertainment.
