Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,310 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their mobility and strength.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Wisconsin.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Experience working in a SNF setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Pass a criminal history check.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Estimated weekly payments include hourly wages, meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Additional benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance are in addition to the weekly pay.

Schedule

12-hour shifts, 35 hours per week.
