Travel Physical Therapy Assistant position in New York, NY. This is a travel assignment through National Staffing Solutions‑Therapy, with an anticipated start date of ASAP and a contract duration of 13 weeks. The role is full‑time (40 hours per week) on an 8‑hour shift schedule, Monday‑Friday.
Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists in directing patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and enhance performance.
- Facilitate the learning of skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity.
- Diminish or correct pathology and promote and maintain health.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an accredited school.
- Physical Therapist Assistant license / licensure in the state of practice.
- Current BLS certification.
