Travel Physical Therapist, Acute Rehabilitation & Inpatient - $2,118 per week

About the role

The Physical Therapist (PT) will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in the Acute Rehabilitation Unit. This position emphasizes patient-centered care within a team of healthcare professionals, focusing primarily on geriatric and adult patient populations. The role includes refining treatment plans, delivering therapy interventions, and employing advanced techniques tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Congduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery and functionality.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in patient education and counseling to promote health and wellness.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Idaho.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting, preferably with ARU and outpatient experience.

Schedule

This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day Shift: 08:00 - 17:00

Pay

The Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
