Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, cardiopulmonary, and medically complex conditions.
• Provide gait training, balance training, transfer training, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, case managers, OT, SLP, and other rehab professionals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility, safety, discharge planning, and home exercise programs.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.

Requirements

• Hawaii PT License Required
• BLS Required
• Hospital, inpatient rehab, or acute care experience preferred
