Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Inpatient Rehab - $2,247 per week

About the role

This position is for a candidate with primary acute inpatient experience, primarily covering in acute rehab and secondarily in ICF/SNF rehab. The role involves evaluating and re-evaluating assigned residents/patients; planning and implementing an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by attending physicians and/or consulting specialists, and providing consulting physical therapist services. Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months work experience in at least one of the following settings working with adults: Acute, rehab hospital, SNF.
• Active State of HI license or must apply upon acceptance of offer; must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
• BLS certification.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts (flexible).
• Variable shifts including:
  • Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm,
  • Tues–Sat 8:30am–5:00pm, or
  • Sun–Thurs 8:30am–5:00pm.
