Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Inpatient Rehab - $2,700 per week

Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.

About the role

This position is for a candidate with primary ACUTE Inpatient experience. Primary coverage in ACUTE REHAB and secondary ICF/SNF Rehab.

• Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents/patients
• Plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the attending physician and/or consulting specialist
• Provide consulting physical therapist services
• Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations

Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: EMR - Meditech

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months work experience in at least 1 of the following settings working with adults: Acute, rehab hosp., SNF
• BLS certification
• Must arrive the Thursday before start in order to attend employee health appointment on Friday

Schedule

• Variable shifts: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm, Tues-Sat 8:30am-5:00pm, or Sun-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
