About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an acute care hospital assignment at a critical access facility in Chewelah, WA.
Responsibilities
- Primary assignment is inpatient physical therapy, with potential float to affiliated facilities in Colville and Spokane based on facility need and therapist ability
- Day shift, 3x8-hour shifts (8:00–16:00), Monday through Friday with flexibility for Monday–Thursday or Thursday–Friday schedules
- Workday volume varies based on hospital census
- Patient ratio of 1:5–10
- Epic EMR required
- No on-call or weekend requirements
- No block scheduling required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care physical therapy experience
- Active WA PT license required if applicable
- Proficiency with Epic EMR required
- Ability and willingness to float to multiple facilities within the state
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
