Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State Physical Therapist license required to start
• BLS Certification may be required (AHA or ARC)
• CPR (Basic) certification required to start
• Completed Orientation Documents required
