Travel Physical Therapist - $3,500 per week

Schedule

• 9-hour shifts, days
• Employment Type: Travel
• Orientation: Weekly, every Monday
• On Call: $9/hr
• Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2-hour minimum
• Charge/Precept: $6/hr
• Billable OT: 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40; 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

Responsibilities

• Contribute professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients as a member of the interdisciplinary team
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of PT experience (required)
• 24 months of current Physical Therapist / PT experience (required)
• Experience working with all age groups (required)
• Home health experience (highly preferred)
• Skills Checklist specific to Physical Therapist / PT (required)
• Professional Reference from charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO within 24 months (preferred)
• Driver’s License (required)
• AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/American Red Cross BLS certification (required)
• Active Iowa state license

Pay

• Rate: $120/hour
• OT: 1.15x multiplier on holidays
• Pay package based on 9-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined
