Travel Physical Therapist - $3,400 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position starting on August 10, 2026, in Jacksonville, Illinois. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of patients with pelvic health conditions
• Assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders
• Development and implementation of patient care plans
• Documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• BLS certification
• IL state Physical Therapist license

Qualifications

• Current physical therapist license in the state of Illinois
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Knowledge of pelvic health conditions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
