Travel Physical Therapist - $3,383 per week

About the role

FlexStaff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Riverhead, New York.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Current License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York required, plus specialized certifications as needed.
• 2 years of relevant experience, required.

Qualifications

Pay
