LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Lakeport, California.
Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will be treating adult and geriatric patients in a home health setting, completing 5 weighted visits per day (approximately 4–5 patients/day), and willing to float within scope if needed.
Requirements
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health Physical Therapist experience
- Valid California Driver's License
- Current Auto Insurance (required for home visits)
- BLS certification preferred
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience working with adult and geriatric patients in a home health setting and be willing to complete the required number of visits per day.
