Travel Physical Therapist - $3,111 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 14-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Pullman, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in Home Health setting
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Effective time management and organization skills
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
