Travel Physical Therapist - $3,149 per week

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a Home Health assignment based in Myrtle Beach, SC. This position involves travel across multiple counties and offers consistent weekday hours. The assignment is a 13‑week contract starting 11/09/2026, with a primary service area in Williamsburg County. Productivity expectation is 30 units per week. Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
• Guaranteed hours: 32 per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days

Qualifications

• 1–2 years as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting – Required
• Previous Home Health experience – Preferred
• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR experience – Preferred
• Current State License as a Physical Therapist – Required
• Current CPR certification – Required
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance – Required
• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA‑approved program – Required

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
