Travel Physical Therapist - $3,066 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 14-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Fernley, Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in Home Health.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of home health care practices and regulations.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Shift: 8:00 AM - 16:00 PM, 8.00-5.
