About the role
We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in San Rafael, California. The anticipated start date is ASAP, with a contract duration of 13 weeks and a schedule focused on day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating patients’ conditions and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Assisting patients in improving their daily functioning.
- Instructing patients on proper exercise techniques and providing stimulation or massage.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
Requirements
- Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice (California).
- Current BLS certification.
