Travel Physical Therapist - $3,010 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in West Virginia
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in Home Health or related field
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer preferred

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
