Travel Physical Therapist - $3,000 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 22-week assignment starting immediately in Morehead City, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in Home Health setting
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the NC State Board of Physical Therapy Examination

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR)
• Knowledgeable in Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Experience with telehealth services

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 8:00 AM - 16:00 PM, 8.00 hours per day
