Travel Physical Therapist - $2,994 per week

About the role

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position in Roseburg, Oregon. The role involves overseeing supervising PTAs, billing, evaluating patients, creating and modifying treatment plans, and documenting care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop a plan of care for various patient populations in an acute care setting.
• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff.
• Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care.
• Evaluate and create a plan of care.
• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.

Requirements

• Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.
• Physical Therapists should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty.
• PTs must have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.

• BLS
• 2 Years of Experience

• Knowledge of adaptive equipment
• Ability to work in an acute care setting

Benefits

• Pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
