Travel Physical Therapist - $2,992 per week

Talent4Health is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Jacksonville, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings focusing on pelvic health.
- Adhere to established treatment plans and protocols.
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment programs.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience required.
- No weekend shifts required.
- Required certifications: BLS and IL state PT license.
Qualifications
- Active IL license in hand to apply or already applied.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Benefits
Opportunity to convert to permanent employment after the travel contract is up.
Pay
$65-$68/hr
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days.
