Travel Physical Therapist - $2,960 per week

About the role

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 13, 2026 in Lancaster, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Physical Therapist License.
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be available for 8-hour shifts.
