About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 12-week contract in Carlinville, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients with a variety of physical conditions
- Assessment and planning of patient care programs
- Documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience
- Active Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of physical therapy techniques and treatments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in computer software relevant to physical therapy
