Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their treatment plans.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately using Epic.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in South Carolina or a multi-state compact.
• BLS certification.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in charting using Epic.
