Travel Physical Therapist - $2,949 per week

About the role

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position in Burlington, Colorado. This role requires 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and operates in the acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff
• Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility
• Understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations, complying within respective state
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care
• Evaluate and create a plan of care
• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines

Requirements

• Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply
• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing
• Physical Therapists should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty
• PTs must have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology
