Assignment Details
- Location: Haxtun, CO
- Duration: 13 weeks (09/08/2026 – 12/05/2026)
- Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts
- Employment Type: Travel contract
Pay
Weekly gross pay: $2,799 – $2,946 (based on 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in Rehabilitation
- Minimum 1 year of full-time Physical Therapist experience in Rehabilitation within the last 2 years
