Schedule
Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of Physical Therapy experience
Essential Functions
- Completes evaluations
- Utilizes clinical techniques and tools
- Establishes individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Provides therapy interventions
- Completes comprehensive documentation
- Supervises assigned assistants
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
