Travel Physical Therapist - $2,931 per week

About the role

LeaderStat is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Woodruff, Wisconsin. The position starts on September 7, 2026, and ends on December 7, 2026, with a shift of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist
• Clinical experience within the last 2 years
• Current State Licensure
• Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
