Travel Physical Therapist - $2,931 per week

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized pelvic-floor physical-therapy services
• Document care in EPIC electronic health record

Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapy license
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
• Hands-on pelvic-floor therapy experience required
• PRPC or WCS certification, or actively working toward certification
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record
