About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Work 5×8 shifts totaling 40 hours per week
- Receive a weekly gross of $2,920.00 based on 40 hours per week
- Work in Unity, New Hampshire
- Eligible for a $2,000 quick start bonus
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
- SNF experience preferred
