Travel Physical Therapist - $2,920 per week

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 27, 2026, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient conditions and progress regularly to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Physical Therapist License.
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $2,920.00

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour shift.
