Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
- SNF experience preferred.
