AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Burlington, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current state license to practice physical therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
