Responsibilities
- Provides physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Assesses patient needs and develops treatment plans.
- Performs therapeutic exercises and treatments.
- Collaborates with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Documents patient progress and communicates with referring physicians.
Requirements
- CT State Physical Therapy license.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- 2 years experience in outpatient physical therapy.
- Experience with orthopedic surgery, chronic & acute musculoskeletal skeletal conditions, and neuro.
