Requirements

- General PT/Ortho skills; inpatient and outpatient experience
- Charting experience with Epic (preferred)
- Ability to manage 8‑10 patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Willingness to float as needed
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Wisconsin state Physical Therapist license
