Talent4Health is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established treatment plans.
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment programs.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Current license from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as a Physical Therapist.
- Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association.
- Baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy.
