About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 14-week contract in Fairmont, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to physical therapy practice.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,900.00 (Based on 40hrs)
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8 hours shift.
